Important: You have 15 days from the date you receive your items to initiate a return or exchange.

Our Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for items that are:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bikinis (if the hygiene seal has been removed)
  • Swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed)
  • One Pieces (if the hygiene seal has been removed)
  • Rashguards that show signs of wear
  • Yulex Wetsuits that have been in water
  • Any items that are damaged due to customer misuse

The Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Submit Your Return/Exchange Request

Step 2: Wait for Approval and Instructions

Our customer service team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Shipping instructions and return address
  • Return shipping label (if applicable)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible. Include:

  • The item(s) being returned
  • Original tags attached
  • Copy of your order confirmation or return authorization

Ship your return to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 4: Processing Your Return/Exchange

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items within 3-5 business days and process accordingly:

  • Returns: Refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: Replacement item will be shipped to you

Refund Information

Refund Timeframe: Once your return is processed, refunds typically appear in your account within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost for your replacement item.

International Returns: As we ship globally (excluding some areas in Asia and remote locations), please note that international returns may take longer to process. Customs fees and international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no cost to you.
