Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Best for: Faster delivery with full tracking

Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Requirements: Available for orders over $50
  • Best for: Budget-conscious shoppers who don’t mind longer wait times

International Shipping

We ship globally (excluding some areas in Asia and remote locations). Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Important Return Window

You have 15 days from the date you receive your items to initiate a return or exchange.

What Can Be Returned?

We accept returns and exchanges for items that are:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bikinis (if the hygiene seal has been removed)
  • Swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed)
  • One Pieces (if the hygiene seal has been removed)
  • Rashguards that show signs of wear
  • Yulex Wetsuits that have been in water
  • Any items damaged due to customer misuse

The Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Submit Your Return/Exchange Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Body: Include your order number, full name, email address, items to return/exchange, and reason
  • For exchanges: Specify desired replacement item, size, and color
  • Confirm that items are in original condition with tags attached

Step 2: Wait for Approval and Instructions

Our customer service team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Shipping instructions and return address
  • Return shipping label (if applicable)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible. Include:

  • The item(s) being returned
  • Original tags attached
  • Copy of your order confirmation or return authorization

Ship your return to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 4: Processing Your Return/Exchange

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items within 3-5 business days and process accordingly:

  • Returns: Refund issued to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: Replacement item shipped to you

Refund Information

Once your return is processed, refunds typically appear in your account within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost for your replacement item.

International Returns

International returns may take longer to process. Customs fees and international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no cost to you.
