• Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after shipping)

5.2 Delivery Areas

We ship globally, excluding some areas in Asia and remote locations. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5.3 Risk of Loss

All items purchased from our store are delivered by independent carriers. Risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Exchanges

You have 15 days from the date you receive your items to initiate a return or exchange.

6.2 Return Conditions

We accept returns and exchanges for items that are:

• In original condition with tags attached
• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• In original packaging

6.3 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Bikinis, swimwear, or one pieces if the hygiene seal has been removed
• Rashguards that show signs of wear
• Yulex Wetsuits that have been in water
• Items damaged due to customer misuse

6.4 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

3. Wait for approval and shipping instructions
4. Ship items using a trackable service

6.5 Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
